Driving Instructor
We are currently hiring instructors for driver education classes and behind-the-wheel training.
The 24-hour class is divided into six in-person 4-hour sessions. We hold multiple sessions per month, with your choice of location. Experience teaching is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Behind-the-wheel lessons vary and are broken down into either 3-hour or 2-hour increments. All lessons are conducted in our vehicles, which are dual controlled and video monitored. You must be available as an instructor at least two days per week, with at least one weekend day per month available. After-school and weekend sessions are in high demand. Most available sessions are after 2:00 pm during the week and on weekends.
We take every safety precaution necessary to keep our staff and our customers safe and healthy, including background checks and drug screenings.
This position will require 32 hours of in-class training and 16 hours of behind-the-wheel training with a licensed driver.
Pay starts at $15 an hour based on experience, with a 6-month commitment contract.
